Drawings into metal.
Sheet Metal Work
We turn engineering drawings or rough ideas into finished metal. CNC plasma cutting up to 10 mm mild steel, 8 mm aluminium and 8 mm stainless. Prototype and small-batch fabrication, forming, welding, cleaning. Powder coating and paint finishing on request.

Mobile Welding
We bring the workshop to you. MIG and TIG welding equipment transported to site — including aluminium welding and on-the-spot cracked alloy wheel repair. Covering Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the surrounding counties.

Classic Car Restoration
Bespoke restoration — fabricating new panel work and chassis when pattern parts no longer exist. Specialists in Jaguar C-types and other classics. We can build you a chassis into a fully working car. MOT failure welding repairs also undertaken.

Alloy Wheel Repairs
Cracked alloy wheels welded back to spec. We repair what most refinishers refuse to touch — bringing structural welding to wheels alongside cosmetic repair.

F.I.A. C-type Jaguar — built in his own workshop.
"I've been doing metal work for almost three decades, starting as an apprentice at A&B Metalcraft."
Rob learned the craft the long way round — prototype work, fine-limit fabrication, welding, machining and stretching panels. In his own workshop he's built two cars from scratch: a Lotus 7, and a F.I.A.-spec C-type Jaguar that took years to finish and is well worth what it took.
That same patience and one-set-of-hands accountability runs through every customer job that leaves Unit K1 — whether it's a pair of driveway gates, a chassis rebuild or a single MOT weld done at your driveway on a Tuesday morning.
